The fridge and microwave were a mysterious joke, but at least the television worked—great entertainment between my foot-blackening strolls! Breakfast was coffee and crumbly sad muffins. Definitely not a five-star experience, more like a “good luck” adventure!

The staff was very attentive and excellent and my stay was good, would come here again. Newly remodelled and well-maintained hotel, I enjoyed its secluded location so close to Sea World and a good area of Orlando.

Staff was as helpful as they could be, polite, and understanding. Location was good, very convenient. Room overall was very clean. Nice TV. Reasonable rates.

Long blond and long brunette hairs fell off shower curtain when pulled closed, not just 1 or 2. Shower curtain bar loose enough that care had to be taken when pulling curtain open or closed. No TV channel guide in room for limited cable available. The biggest issue was the room issue. We reserved, and confirmed, the room we expected to get, which was a Non-Smoking Queen Studio(1 queen bed and a comfortable arm chair). Both phone numbers were listed, also e-mail, and on reservation confirmation. We had advised the approximate arrival and check-in time. So, we were a bit upset when we arrived and were informed that the room type, requested and confirmed, was not available. What we were offered was a "Double-Double Studio(2 double beds-and an office-type arm chair-with no increase in the rates) They also offered a "Smoking Queen Studio". being recent(8 months) non-smokers, we declined. We took the "Double-Double". You might expect otherwise, but, long drive, an event before check-in, and tired, resulted in taking the 1st offer. Would probably stay there again, but, get there earlier, and check room first, and possibly, have a fallback reservation somewhere else if needed.

This place offers a comfortable and quiet atmosphere, conveniently located just outside of downtown, making it a great area to stay.

the fact that there isn't any Hall air fresheners in the smoking section although people smoke in their rooms there should still be some type of diffuser air freshener in the hallways so you don't actually smell it when you were walking to your room

I stayed here for 10 nights with my pets, and everything went well. The location was nice and secluded, which was great for visiting Sea World. 🐾.

No Toilet Paper No Shampoo Noisy dirty carpet TV too low to the floor Breakfast was a joke at best. had my reservation all messed up. wanted me to take smoking room. not a good value for your $ I will not return, I can do much better.
